New TVAM Study Published in Acta Phlebologica


Michael Arata MD of Synergy Health Concepts published the results of a new study into the safety and effectiveness of the TVAM procedure in patients with autonomic dysfunction. The study was published in the April 2014 edition of Acta Phlebologica: A Journal on Phlebology.

Transvascular autonomic modulation (TVAM) is a novel treatment that may provide relief for those suffering from symptoms of sympathetic autonomic dysfunction, including fatigue, brain fog and heat intolerance. Autonomic dysfunction is often present in patients with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and chronic fatigue syndrome and might be responsible for many of the most disabling symptoms experienced by these patients.
