AIR TRAVEL
Travel to and from Orange County and our facility couldn’t be easier for our patients! The Santa Ana Orange County Airport (SNA) is conveniently located just miles from our partner hotel and only steps from our offices and surgical center. We have also launched a new program that offers patients complimentary airfare for a companion while traveling to Orange County for their CCSVI procedure.
Direct flights from dozens of US cities make travel to OC a snap. For our Canadian patients, WestJet offers direct flight service from Vancouver to Orange County. WestJet also offers a number of direct flights from Canada into Los Angeles Airport (LAX). All patients flying on WestJet who book through IHP receive an additional 5% discount on their airfare.
TRAVEL CONCIERGE
Need help with your travel arrangements? We have partnered with International Health Care Providers (IHP) who can help arrange all aspects of your travel needs including your flights and your ground transportation. When you are completing our Patient Intake Form, if you wish to speak with IHP to help arrange your travel, just check the box “I would like to be contacted by your travel partner”. When you do this, we will send them your contact information so that you can get started making your travel arrangements. To be eligible for the complementary companion fare and the WestJet discount, travel arrangements must be made through IHP.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
IHP and Synergy Health works exclusively with Pacific Transportation Solutions (PTS), a local ground transportation company in Orange County that focus’ on CCSVI patients. PTS has a brand new state-of-the-art handicap-accessible van which is available to patients who use their service. Services can range from simple airport pick-up and drop-off in Orange County or in Los Angeles at LAX, to complete transportation options for your entire stay. Although you are not obligated to use their service, we encourage their use since we will forward all of your appointments to them for a seamless ground transportation experience.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
To help make your trip as comfortable as possible, Synergy Health now offers complimentary hotel accommodations while in Southern California at the Hyatt Newport Beach. Please visit our accommodations page for more details regarding this service.
